IcecastStreamer - Internet Radio

When you want to make your own online radio station, there are not too many ways you can do it. Most likely you will need to use IceCast with some streamer software, which would stream audio to it.

We present IcecastStreamer - a service written in C++ which could stream audio to IceCast.

Advantages of IcecastStreamer:

• It is open source and written in C++
• It consumes less memory and CPU than LiquidSoap
• It supports following audio formats: mp3, ogg, wav, aac
• It supports following functionality: playlist and shuffle
